DELIVERY 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The general delivery time for international orders is 3-6 business days. For orders featuring print, the delivery time is extended to 8-10 business days. Please note that we do not deliver to the United Kingdom.

During certain periods such as sale campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas and Cyber Monday extended delivery times may occur occasions.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping fee is 10 EUR independent of cart size. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is advised to you during checkout before you confirm your order.

 

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?

Orders are sent by DHL to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when DHL arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier or DHL will arrange a new delivery. DHL will be responsible for notification.

 

ARE YOU IN DOUBT IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt. This receipt means that your order has been placed / gone through to us. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if one of the following situations appear:  

• An item is sold out/out of stock
• Your billing details are incorrect or can’t be confirmed
• You are under 16 years old or under an older age, if the age requirement to enter an agreement with hummel is higher than the applicable law
• There was an error in the price shown on the website
• We couldn’t deliver to the address you provided

You will receive a mail if your order is cancelled.

When you receive a mail with your delivery order details, we finally confirm your purchase.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain (only mainland), Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Czech Republic.
