RETURNS
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE FOR RETURNS?
You have a 30-day right to cancel when you shop on the Website. This right to cancel starts from the date on which you receive the item(s). If this deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following working day.
Note: Your return right is waived if you have chosen to customize an item with a player number or player name.
WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS? PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:
Please note that orders purchased on landsholdsshoppen.dk/en can only be returned online.
Returning an item will incur a return fee of 3,5 EUR. If you choose to use the enclosed return label, the return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
Follow the guide below.
1. Use your return label
Please use the return label enclosed in the parcel. If it's missing, please contact our customer service.
2. Prepare the package
Pack the item(s) carefully. Place the printed label on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that address and barcodes are not covered.
Please note: If you have several returns, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be combined
3. Return your package
Drop off the package at the nearest postal office and send it to the address provided on the printed label. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for the return of the parcel.
Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order at landsholdsshoppen.dk/en.
Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.
If the price of your ordered item(s) is reduced within 24 hours after you have placed your order, we will refund you the difference. In this case, please contact our Customer Service at clubsupport@hummel.dk stating your order number.
REFUND
Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.
The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.
PLEASE NOTE:
You may receive a partial refund or even no refund at all. This happens in cases where the value of the goods has deteriorated, such as:
- You have actually used the item
- The product has picked up an odor such as perfume or smoke or shows some other sign of use/wear
- The product was damaged while you were responsible for it
- You have handled the goods in a way that was more than necessary for evaluating the quality, features and function
- You have failed to follow the limitations on the right to change your mind in regards to the seals, product, etc.
- The product seal or packaging is missing or damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. Packaging for clothing may be opened.
- You have chosen to customize your item with a player number og player name.
COMPLAINTS
Our products have a 2-year warranty period. If you have made your purchase at landsholdsshoppen.dk, you can receive a refund if the complaint is upheld. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to our Customer Service at clubsupport@hummel.dk.
Depending on the situation, you may then receive further instructions.
If you have made your purchase with one of our retailers, please contact them. The retailer will then process the complaint in accordance with their complaints policy.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you have received damaged goods, please use the same procedure as described above for complaints.
INCORRECT GOODS
In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service and return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money and you can place your order again.
